About Arnay New Tech
Arnay New Tech is a Kazakhstan company and the regional partner of the Phoenix-Carbon Vector project (PCV49487). We bring space and airborne monitoring technology to the region that measures actual CO₂ uptake instead of estimating it from averaged reference coefficients.
We handle the local side of the work: selecting the site, scoping the task, running the pilot, training, and first-line technical support.
Partnership with PCV49487
The Phoenix-Carbon Vector project combines its own satellite constellation, ground stations, drones, the PCV-PREDITOR AI and a distributed ledger. Arnay New Tech represents its services in Kazakhstan.
Where we work
Kazakhstan and Central Asia: the state forest fund, the dried Aral seabed, industrial sites and farmland.
